Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890 and Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to a deed of accession and retirement dated 13 December 2024 ("Effective Date"), Vertree Ventures Limited retired and ceased to be a general partner in Hartree Cleantech LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England with number LP023926, and Hartree Ventures GP LLP became a general partner in Hartree Cleantech LP as of the Effective Date.
