Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 June 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 2 January 2025 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Harper-Rae Donna Carter who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Harper-Rae Carter and assumed the name of Harper-Rae Donna Carter.
