Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 September 2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 December 2024, I, Benedict Houghton Thunder Smith, Further Ford End House, Clavering, Saffron Walden CB11 4SG, Single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Benedict Houghton Smith and assumed the name of Benedict Houghton Thunder Smith.
