Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 December 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16 December 2024 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Cairstine Mary Ayla De Vos who is a child and single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Cairstine Mary Ayla De Vos McKinnell and assumed the name of Cairstine Mary Ayla De Vos.
