NOTICE is hereby given that on 19 November 1997, the Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP004936 ceased to carry on any business and was dissolved. With effect from the same date, Jonathan Peter Baker, Stephen John Rodgers Dawson, Roger Owen Hay, David George Rawdon Wansbrough, Janet Kim Brooks, Andrew Paul Jobson, Kenneth William Landsberg, Martin Makey, Timothy David Raffle, Paul Scott Thomas, and Edward Frederick Sloan Thompson, each a general partner of the Partnership, each ceased to be a general partner of the Partnership.
