Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 and section 36(2) of the Partnership Act 1890 that, on 21 February 2025, Foresight Omnibus Founder Partner GP LLP transferred to Foresight IFW Equity General Partner LLP all of the interest held by it as general partner in IFW – Equity LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP023392 and that, with effect from 21 February 2025, Foresight Omnibus Founder Partner GP LLP therefore ceased to be the general partner and Foresight IFW Equity General Partner LLP became the sole general partner in the Partnership.
