Notice is hereby given that Deed Polls dated 20 March 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 March 2006, Janice Mary Godfrey as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Alexandra Nevin Steele Godfrey and Clarke Joseph Steele Godfrey, children and British citizens, abandoned the surname of Steele and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Steele Godfrey.
