PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF AN APPLICATION MADE UNDER REGULATION 10 OF THE POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (NORTHERN IRELAND) REGULATIONS 2003

INTEGRATED POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL

Notice is hereby given that JMW Farms has applied to the Chief Inspector for an Intergraded Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) permit to operate an installation involving the Rearing of Pigs. The installation is located at Doolargy Road, Aughnacloy, in the District of Dungannon, in the County of Tyrone.

The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant affects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

A copy of the application is available for public inspection free of charge between the hours of 09.30 – 12.00 and 14.00 – 15.30 at Environmental and Heritage Service, Calvert House, 23 Castle Place, Belfast, BT1 1FY and Dungannon District Council, Circular Road, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone. In addition, members of the public who which to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the register can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the costs of photocopying.

Written representations about the application may be sent to the Chief Inspector of the Industrial Pollution & Radiochemical Inspectorate, Environment and Heritage Service, (address as above), within 42 days from the date of this public notice.

All representations will be placed on the public register unless a representation contains a written request to the contrary. If there is such a request, the register will only include a statement that there has been such a request.
