Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 8th day of May 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 2nd day of June 2006, Karen Theresa Turley of divorced a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Mathers and assumed the surname of Turley.
