Letters Patent bearing date 29th day of January 2007 have passed the Great Seal of Northern Ireland appointing William Benjamin Synge Stephens to be a Judge of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland.

The said Letters Patent were enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland on 29th day of January 2007.

The Honourable Mr Justice Stephens took the Oath of Office on the 29th day of January 2007 in the presence of the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland,

The Oath was administered by Mr C W G Redpath, Chief Clerk of the Crown for Northern Ireland.
