Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 30th day of March 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 11th day of July2007, Janet Caroline Barnes as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Suzannah Jay McGroggan a child, single and a British Citizen abandoned the surname of Barnes and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of McGroggan.
