The Plant Health (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 2, 3 and 4(1) of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Plant Health (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.

This Order was made on 27th November 2007 and will come into operation on 27 December 2007. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2007 No. 483 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
