The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act and section 56(1), (2) and (5) of the Finance Act 1973, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009.

These Regulations were made on 25th March 2009 and will come into operation on 30th April 2009. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2009 No. 134 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast, BT1 4GD.
