Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development(1), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(2), 3 and 4(1)(3) of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967(4) has made a Statutory Rule entitled the Plant Health (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010.

These Regulations were made on 3rd June 2010 and will come into operation on 25th June 2010. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2010 No. 197 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
