Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 79 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989, that the Annual Meeting of the above named company will be held at the offices of KPMG, Stokes House, 17-25 College Square East, Belfast BT1 6DH on 23 September 2011 at 10.00 am for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings.

Forms of proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of KPMG, Stokes House, 17-25 College Square East, Belfast BT1 6DH, no later than 12.00 noon on 22 September 2011.
