NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (as amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Matt MacDonald for consent to discharge up to 88m3 per day of secondary treated sewage effluent to St Margarets Hope Bay as follows:
