Notice Under Regulation 13

Proposed Development at

Woodend Colliery, By Armadale

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental statement has been submitted to West Lothian Council by Doonin Plant Limited relating to the planning application in respect of the rehabilitation of the former colliery site, including excavation and processing of tip materials, the grading and reprofiling works, the importation of inert materials and the restoration to woodland and grassland.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated planning application may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by West Lothian Council at County Buildings, High Street, Linlithgow and Armadale Public Library during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this Notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Doonin Plant Limited, New Road, Cambuslang, Glasgow G72 7PU. priced £5.

Any person who wishes to make representations to West Lothian Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing within the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this Notice to the Council at County Buildings, High Street, Linlithgow.
