Guardforth Limited

A Petition was presented on 29th August 2002 to the Sheriff of the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvln at Glasgow for an Order to restore the above named company, Guardforth Limited having their last registered office at Gordon Chambers, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ, craving that the said company be restored to the Registrar of Companies in terms of Section 653(2) of the Companies Act 1985.

By deliverance dated 29th August 2002 the Sheriff appointed a copy of the Petition and deliverance to be served on the Lord Advocate, Queen’s and Treasurer’s Remembrancer and on the Registrar of Companies and appointed said Petition and deliverance to be intimated on the Walls of Court and to be served on the Lord Advocate, Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer and on the Registrar of Companies and appointed said Petition and Deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald newspaper and ordained the said Lord Advocate, Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer and the Registrar of Companies and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of said Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 21 days after such intimation, service or advertisement under certification.
