THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS
HAMARS NESS FERRY TERMINAL, FETLAR

Notice is hereby given that Shetland Islands Council, in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations have prepared an Environmental Statement for the proposed construction of a new ferry terminal at Hamars Ness on Fetlar.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be inspected at the following address and also at Shetland Library, Hillhead, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0EL. A copy of the ES can be purchased at a cost of £20.
