A Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh on 9th January 2003 by Fife Power (“the Company”) an unlimited company incorporated under the Companies Act (Company Number SC162872) having its Registered Office at Westfield Development Centre, Cardenden, Fife KY5 0HP, craving the court inter alia to make an Administration Order in respect of the Company, and to appoint Joint Administrators to the Company, in which Petition Lord Nimmo Smith by Interlocutor dated 30th January 2003 having considered the Petition and proceedings, no answers having been lodged, made an Administration Order in relation to the said Company and nominated and appointed Thomas Merchant Burton, CA, and Colin Peter Dempster, CA, both of George House, 50 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1RR, both insolvency practitioners, duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, to be the Joint Administrators of the Company each with authority to exercise all the powers of an administrator independently of the other for the purposes specified in section 8(3)(d) of the said Act, of all of which notice is hereby given.
