NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974, (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge up to 26.67m3 per day of Storm Sewage to a tributary of the Kittoch Water at NGR NS 5923 5723 from a pumping station serving Picketlaw Farm, Picketlaw Farm Road, Carmunnock, Glasgow.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride G74 5PP, not later than 11 March 2005, quoting Reference WPC/W/72302.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address or at LAW House, Todd Campus, West of Scotland Science Park, Maryhill Road, Glasgow G20 0XA.
