NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge 46.1 m3 per day of trade effluent to Unapool Burn at NGR NC 2344 3103 from Kylesku Water Treatment Works.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA Dingwall Office, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall IV15 9XB not later than 17 May 2005 quoting reference WPC/N/72304.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
