NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Alliance Developments (Scotland) Ltd, The Station Masters Office, Dalmeny Station, South Queensferry EH30 9JP for consent to discharge 35 m3 per day of treated sewage effluent to an unnamed tributary of the Pardovan Burn at NGR NT 0553 7569 from a housing development at the Threemiletown Steadings, Threemiletown, West Lothian.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to: Registry Department, SEPA, Clearwater House, Heriot Watt Research Park, Avenue North, Riccarton, Edinburgh EH14 4AP, not later than 8 November 2005 quoting reference WPC/E/72986.

A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the above address.
