Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (As Amended), that applications have been made to SEPA by RAF Kinloss for consent to discharge;

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Greyhope House, Greyhope Road, Torry, Aberdeen AB11 9RD not later than 21 March 2006 quoting reference numbers WPC/N/73433, WPC/N/73434, WPC/N/73435, WPC/N/73436, WPC/N/73437, WPC/N/73438 AND WPC/N/73439.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address, between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (except local and national holidays).
