WILDLIFE & COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 (AS AMENDED)

NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 19 (4) of the above 1949 Act that by the Abernethy National Nature Reserve Declaration 2007 dated Third September Two Thousand and Seven it was declared by Scottish Natural Heritage that the area of ground extending to twelve thousand seven hundred and Fifty Four decimal Fifty Nine hectares or thereby at Abernethy, in the Council area of Highland Council is managed as a Nature Reserve under the provisions of the above Acts with effect from the Sixth day of September Two Thousand and Seven.

Certified Copies of the Declaration with plans annexed have been deposited for public inspection free of charge as undernoted and may be inspected for a period of one month following Sixth September Two Thousand and Seven
