Notice is given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between Derek Bluston, Raymond Alexander Bryk, John Goodacre, Kevin Bichard, Iain Michael Harris and Robert Bjarni Sigurdsson carrying on business as Solicitors under the style or firm name of MALKINS has been dissolved as from 31st October 1997 so far as concerns John Goodacre who retires from the said firm. All debts due and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Derek Bluston, Raymond Alexander Bryk, Kevin Bichard, Iain Michael Harris and Robert Bjarni Sigurdsson who will continue to carry on the said business in partnership under the style or firm name of Malkins.
