HEATHROW AIRPORT LIMITED
The Heathrow Airport (Prescribed Routes Order 1981) (Amendment No. 17) Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that Heathrow Airport Limited (being a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA plc), proposes to make an Order under sections 1, 6 and 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, having effect by virtue of sections 1, 2 and 65 of the Airports Act 1986 and the Aerodrome Traffic (Heathrow) Order 1976.
  The general nature and effect of that Order will be to reverse the flow of and restrict access to the inner lane of Calshot Road. In addition, U turns from Control Post 2, Conway Road, will be prohibited.
  A copy of the draft Order, a plan illustrating the proposals, a statement of reasons and the principal Order may be inspected between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, at the offices of the General Manager, Transportation Policy, Heathrow Airport Limited, 234 Bath Road, Harlington, Middlesex UB3 5AP.
  Any objections to the proposed Order should be sent in writing quoting the Order’s name, specifying the ground on which they are made, to the Roads Policy Officer, at the above address to arrive before 12th February 1998. It should be borne in mind that their substance may be communicated to other persons who may be affected.
