The A45 Trunk Road (Harpole, Northamptonshire) (Prohibition of Right Turns) Order 19

The Secretary of State for Transport hereby gives notice that he proposes to make an Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A45 Trunk Road (Weedon Road) at Harpole in Northamptonshire.   The effect of the Order would be to prohibit vehicles from turning right into the trunk road from Northampton Road, Harpole.   A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan illustrating the proposal and a statement of the Secretary of State’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Northamptonshire County Council, County Hall, Guildhall Road, Northampton; Harpole Post Office, High Street, Harpole, Northamptonshire; or obtained by application to the Highways Agency, Network and Customer Services (Midland), Heron House, 49-53 Goldington Road, Bedford MK40 3LL.   Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should write to the Highways Agency at the above address stating the grounds of objection not later than 12th February 1998, quoting reference 5067/41/7/TR45/05.
