Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under the provisions of section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and to determine whether the Liquidator’s remuneration can be drawn on a time costs basis. The Meeting will be held at the offices of Sargent & Co., 4 Wards End, Halifax HX1 1BX, on 5th March 1998, at 3 p.m. Proxy forms must be lodged with me no later than 12 noon on 4th March 1998, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting.
