The Haringey (Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools) (No. 1) (Amendment No. 5) Traffic Order 1998

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey, on 27th November 1997, made the Haringey (Prohibition of Stopping outside schools) (No. 1) (amendment No. 5) Traffic Order 1998, under section 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and of all other enabling powers.   The general effect of the Order will be to prevent obstructive parking outside the following schools:

Bruce Grove Junior and Infants Coldfall Primary Blanche Neville Portismere South Harringey Junior & Infants St. Michaels C of E Primary St. Pauls and All Hallows Infants Welbourne Primary Weston Park Primary Campsbourne Infant Nursery & Junior Devonshire Hill Primary Earlham Junior and Infants Pembury House Nursery St. Gildas Junior St. Martin of Parres Primary Tetherdown Primary West Green Primary White Hart Lane
  A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 23rd February 1998, can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made between 9 a.m. and 4.45 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at:   (i) The Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 4TR.   (ii) Hornsey Town Hall, The Broadway, Crouch End, Hornsey N.8.   Copies of the Order may be obtained from Mrs. T. A. Duguid at the Legal Service, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green N22 4TR.   Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder, have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
