Notice is hereby given that Meetings of Members and Creditors of Warwickshire Plant Sales Limited, will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ, on 11th March 1998, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. respectively, for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator, pursuant to sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for a proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Enterprise House, 115 Edmund Street, Birmingham B3 2HJ, by no later than 12 noon, on 10th March 1998. R.
