The Heathrow Airport Limited (Prohibition of Driving) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1998
Notice is hereby given that Heathrow Airport Limited (being a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA plc), have made an Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, having effect by virtue of sections 1, 2 and 65 of the Airports Act 1986. This Order will come into force on 2nd April 1998, and the effect of the Order is as described in the proposal notice pubished in The London Gazette issue dated 22nd January 1998. A copy of the Order, a plan illustrating the proposals and a statement of reasons may be inspected between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday to Friday, at the offices of the General Manager—Transportation Policy, Heathrow Airport Limited, at the address given below. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provisions, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application to the High Court.
