The Camden (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.  ) Order 199 

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1991.   The general effect of the Order will be to designate disabled persons’ free parking places in—Garlinge Road, Holmedale Road, Gaisford Street, Bartholomew Road, Rhyl Street, Inkerman Road, Leverton Street, Boscastle Road, to provide that the vehicles which may be left in those parking places shall be those displaying a valid permit issued by any Council.   Anyone wanting to know more about the proposal should contact Mr. Agwu-Jones.   A copy of the proposed Order and of the Camden (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. 1) Order 1993, plans and the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Environment Reception, Fifth floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ.   Any person wanting to object or make other representations to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objection and specify the grounds thereof and address it to the Director of Environment Department, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach us by 26th March 1998, within a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
