At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Clifton Heights, Triangle West, Clifton, Bristol BS8 1EJ, on 27th February 1998, at 3 p.m., the following Special Resolution was passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Michael Peter Gerrard, of Grant Thornton, 43 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4QR, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” N.
