The Highways Agency are considering the disposal of the freehold interest in land on the east of the M5 Motorway at Moreton Valence, Gloucestershire.   The land was acquired in 1947 from H. M. Prout Esq. by the Ministry of Supply.   If the previous owners, or successors in title wish to acquire the land, they should contact the Highways Agency, Heron House, 49-53 Goldington Road, Bedford MK40 3LL, within 8 weeks of this Notice.
