Notice is hereby given that it is our intention to declare a Final Dividend to Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 7th May 1998, to send their proofs of debt to Lindsay Kennedy Denney, of Deloitte & Touche, 1 Woodborough Road, Nottingham NG1 3FG, the Liquidator of the Company, and if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.
