Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, section 27 (as amended), that any person having a claim against or an interest in the property, subject to the trusts of the above-mentioned Instrument, whereof The Right Honourable Henry George Herbert, Fifth Earl Sondes, was tenant for life, and A. M. Farrer, Tyrolese Trust Co. Ltd, and J. P. Labesse, care of 66 Lincoln’s Fields, London WC2A 3LH, are the present Trustees, is hereby required to send the particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Trustees, on or before 30th June 1998, after which date the said Trustees will proceed to distribute the trust property and make any consequential conveyances of any part thereof amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which the said Trustees shall then have had notice and the said Trustees will not as respects the trust property or any part thereof so distributed or conveyed be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not then have had notice.
