Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to sections 93 and 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Annual and Final Meetings of Members of the above-named Company will be held at Goodman Jones Associates, 29-30 Fitzroy Square, London W1P 6LQ, on 21st May 1998, at 10.30 a.m. This is for the purpose of having an account laid before the Members showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of. It is also intended that the Liquidator will obtain his release at the conclusion of these Meetings. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. J. S. F.
