Notice is hereby given that it is my intention to declare a First Dividend to unsecured non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company no later than 28th September 1998. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 28th May 1998, to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, R. M. Addy, of Cork Gully, Oriel House, 55 Sheep Street, Northampton NN1 2NF, the Joint Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary.
