Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 3rd April 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8th April 1998, I, Paula Maria Macfarlane, as person having parental responsibility, on behalf of DIGORY LUKE MACFARLANE, of 114 Shenley Road, London S.E.5, a child, single, and a British citizen by virtue of section (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Jarvis and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Macfarlane.
