Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 19th May 1998 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22nd May 1998, SHANE CRAWFORD-LANN, of 59 Ashby Road, Watford, Hertfordshire WD2 5HS, divorced and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Lann and assumed the surname of Crawford-Lann.
