Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Victoria House, 76 Milton Street, Nottingham NG1 3QY, on 24th July 1998, at 11 a.m. The Meeting is called in accordance with the provisions of section 93 of The Insolvency Act 1996, which requires that the Liquidator shall lay before the Meeting in account of his acts and dealings and of the conduct of the Liquidation during the proceeding year. R. J. Rees, Liquidator    Note.  A shareholder who is entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote instead of him. The person who is given the proxy need not be a shareholder.   There is no legal obligation on a shareholder to return the proxy before the Meeting, but it would assist the Liquidator if it could be returned completed and signed to Esther Wilson, Price Waterhouse, Victoria House, 76 Milton Street, Nottingham NG1 3QY, by 26th February 1998.
