At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Parkgates, 52 a Preston New Road, Blackburn BB2 6AH, on 7th August 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Geoffrey Francis Hilton, of Kidsons Impey, Devonshire House, 36 George Street, Manchester M1 4HA, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” G.
