At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Leonard Curtis & Co., One Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 8LE, on 17th August 1998, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:   “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that S. D. Swaden, of Leonard Curtis & Co., One Great Cumberland Place, London W1H 8LE, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” M. Tsuchiyama, Director
