MAPLIN ELECTRONICS PLC PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME

Notice is given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Maplin Electronics PLC Pension & Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) is winding up. Any person who has, or may have a claim, entitlement or interest in the Scheme is required to provide written particulars to Sedgwick Noble Lowndes Limited, Grove House, Newland Street, Witham, Essex CM8 2UP, (Ref. G. R. Parker), prior to 31st December 1998. After this date the Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior written notice and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing prior to 31st December 1998.
