In accordance with Rule 6.121 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, I, T. Papanicola, of Langley & Partners, Langley House, Park Road, London N2 8EX, give notice that I was appointed Trustee of the above on 16th September 1998.   Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Creditors has been summoned at Langley House, Park Road, East Finchley, London N2 8EX, for the following purposes:   (1) In pursuant of Rule 6.138 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, to resolve that the Trustee be authorised to draw remuneration from time to time in accordance with time properly spent by the Trustee and his staff attending to matters arising in the Bankruptcy.   (2) In pursuant of section 6.150 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of determining whether a Creditors Committee should be established.
