BASHOE PENSION TRUST

Section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustees Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Bashoe Pension Trust is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest in the Trustees of the Bashoe Pension Trust, c/o James James, Millbank House, Bank Parade, Burnley, Lancashire BB11 1UH (Ref. BACU) before 31st January 1999, after which date the assets of the Bashoe Pension Trust will be distributed by the Trustees among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.   Notification is not required from persons who are currently in receipt of a pension from the Bashoe Pension Trust or who have received correspondence from the trustees relating to its termination.
