I, Roger Cain, of 21-23 Station Road, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 8ES, hereby give notice that I have been duly appointed Trustee of the above Estate on 13th October 1998. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me, and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid to me. Creditors who have not proved their debts should do so by forwarding proof of debt to me at the above address. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 301 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Meeting of the Creditors has been summoned for the purpose of appointing a Creditors Committee on Monday, 11th January 1999, at 10.30 a.m. R.
