I, Ivan Jones, of Birchall Blackburn, Solicitors of Crystal House, Birley Street, Preston, hereby give notice that I have been appointed by the Secretary of State as Trustee of the Estate of the above-named Bankrupt. All persons having in their possession any effects of the Bankrupt must deliver them to me and all debts due to the Bankrupt must be paid by me. Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proof of debt to me. 25th November 1998.
