Notice of Intended Dividends

ATLANTIC COMPUTER SYSTEMS PLC

The Liquidators of the above-named Company give notice under the provisions of Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that they intend to make an interim Dividend to the unsecured Creditors of the Company within four months from the last day for submitting claims. Creditors who have not already done so, must send details in writing of any claim against the Company to the Liquidators John Francis Soden and Richard Claude Boys-Stones, of PricewaterhouseCoopers, at No. 1 London Bridge, London SE1 9QL, by 31st December 1998, which is the last day for submitting claims.
